A US-based activist, Dr. Sandra Duru, has submitted evidence of phone conversations between herself and suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to authorities in the United States and other countries for forensic analysis.
Dr. Duru, during a Facebook live session on Thursday night, presented these conversations, which she claimed exposed the lies behind the sexual harassment allegations made against Senate President Godswill Akpabio by the embattled Senator.
Dr. Duru, known as Prof. Mgbeke, shared phone logs and messages to disprove Natasha’s claim that they had never spoken before.
She further revealed that Natasha had offered her N200 million to falsely accuse the Senate President of organ harvesting and link him to the death of a young girl, a case that had been unresolved for years.
Dr. Duru, in her one-hour, eight-minute broadcast, called on international security agencies, the International Parliamentary Union (IPU), and the Nigeria Police Force to investigate Natasha’s false allegations.
She also questioned Natasha’s silence for years on the death of Umoren, a matter she claimed to have knowledge about but never addressed until recently.
The activist accused Natasha of being determined to destroy men, emphasizing that the suspended senator had no evidence to back up her harassment claims against Akpabio.
Dr. Duru also shared evidence from Natasha’s WhatsApp messages, where she alleged that Natasha was working to undermine the Senate President.
“First, there is no sexual harassment, and second, there is no evidence of organ harvesting,” Dr. Duru asserted. “I told Natasha she was a pathological liar, and that she had embarrassed Nigerians.
She called Nigerians ‘G’ for Gullible and Hungry, and now she wants to add to their problems?”
Dr. Duru went on to accuse Natasha of wanting to destroy the government, stating, “She said they wanted to destroy the Yoruba government. I don’t know what she meant by that Natasha is not teachable, she lacks humility, and she doesn’t care about anything unless it goes her way. If it doesn’t, you become her enemy.”
The activist also pointed out Natasha’s apparent disregard for truth and her attempt to destroy the reputations of influential figures.
“She called Dr. Oby Ezekwesili a ‘useful idiot,’” Dr. Duru added.
Dr. Duru further called for the Nigerian Police to handle the case surrounding Natasha’s false accusations, stressing that Natasha had plotted to force the Senate President’s resignation to remove what she referred to as the “Yoruba government.”
Regarding the death of Umoren in 2021, Dr. Duru confirmed that an autopsy showed no evidence of organ harvesting.
“I’ve already alerted international agencies about Natasha’s claims regarding the murder of a young woman, claims she kept quiet about for years. She must explain what she knows about the death,” Dr. Duru demanded.
Dr. Duru also alleged that Natasha’s fight was not just against the Senate President, but was part of a larger scheme to limit the influence of a “Yoruba government,” claiming that Natasha had no evidence to support any sexual harassment allegations.
In a final revelation, Dr. Duru disclosed that Natasha had been promised the governorship of Kogi State or the position of Minister of Petroleum Resources if she succeeded in her mission to remove the Senate President.
