Meet Jordan Oguntayo: Nigerian-British teen model who made forbes’ 30 under 30 list at 14

In 2023, Jordan Oguntayo became the youngest person ever featured on Forbes’ Under 30 Europe list, earning recognition at just 14 years old.

The Nigerian-British model broke age barriers in a space where youth is rarely seen as an advantage, joining a group of trailblazing young talents shaping the future of Europe.

Born in the UK to Nigerian parents, Oguntayo began his modeling career at the age of seven when he landed his first campaign with Burberry.

What began as a chance opportunity has since evolved into a remarkable career in the global fashion scene.

Over the years, he has collaborated with high-profile fashion houses including Dior, Calvin Klein, Moncler, Tommy Hilfiger, and Primark.

He is also a familiar face in numerous Zara campaigns, having traveled across cities like Madrid, Berlin, Budapest, and Amsterdam for more than 300 shoots.

Oguntayo has also graced the runway at London Fashion Week — a major milestone that many adult models aspire to achieve.

Beyond his success in fashion, Oguntayo represents a growing wave of diversity in the industry.

As a young Black model, he is an inspiration to children around the world, proving that dreams are valid regardless of background or age. With focus and discipline, he aims to become the most-booked child model on the global stage.

“I want kids everywhere to understand that with commitment and passion, they can achieve anything,” he shared.

Oguntayo’s journey is a story of youthful ambition, dedication, and a powerful sense of purpose that transcends age.
