ServiceNow, a prominent Silicon Valley software and cloud-based company, honored Mr. Ayeni for his remarkable contributions and innovations in cloud asset management and supply chain operations.
Mr. Ayeni’s first accolade for 2023 was the Q1 Cloud Asset Management Team Award. This recognition celebrates his exceptional work in optimizing cloud hardware processes, setting new benchmarks for productivity, and significantly enhancing the efficiency of cloud asset management at ServiceNow.
Further acclaim came with the Cloud Supply Chain Senior Director’s Award, acknowledging his leadership in automating cloud hardware servicing processes. His initiatives have facilitated accurate depreciation of hardware assets valued at $80 million, leading to substantial time and resource savings while ensuring financial precision.
The Cloud Supply Chain Operations Team’s Award was granted to him for developing a robust management process for consigned hardware inventory. This award highlights his expertise in creating effective inventory systems that improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks associated with consigned inventory.
In Q3 2023, Mr. Ayeni earned his second Cloud Asset Management Team Award for executing a global physical audit of cloud hardware assets based on SOX Control standards. His efforts resulted in a significant 93.95% reduction in the audit gap, showcasing his proficiency in compliance and audit processes and enhancing the accuracy of ServiceNow’s financial reporting.
