Thinkers360 has unveiled its list of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Careers for 2025, celebrating individuals who have made remarkable contributions to professional development.
Among the distinguished honorees are two Nigerians—Ayobola Oluomo Adedayo and Dr. Glory Edozien—who secured the 21st and 31st spots, respectively.
Thinkers360, a globally recognized platform, evaluates executives, industry experts, and influencers based on their overall contributions, rather than just social media presence.
The selection process considers thought leadership content such as articles, books, keynote speeches, media engagements, and webinars.
Ayobola Oluomo Adedayo, an award-winning product, marketing, and UX design leader, boasts over 15 years of experience across industries including Telecommunications, Technology, and FMCG. She played a significant role in launching the Learn At Home initiative, supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
Dr. Glory Edozien, a LinkedIn Top Voice for Africa and renowned career coach, specializes in guiding women executives to enhance their professional visibility and secure boardroom roles.
Through her LinkedIn Visibility Training Programme, she empowers women to position themselves as thought leaders and leverage networking for career advancement. Edozien is also the founder of The Ascent Club, which publishes the annual Top 100 Career Women in Africa list.
Expressing her excitement on LinkedIn, Edozien stated, “I am thrilled to announce that I have been named one of Thinkers360’s Top 50 Global Thought Leaders on Careers! This recognition is a testament to the power of visibility, strategic thought leadership, and showing up with intention.”
Their recognition is particularly significant as it coincides with Women’s History Month, a time dedicated to celebrating female pioneers shaping industries worldwide. Their inclusion underscores Nigeria’s growing influence in career thought leadership on the global stage.
