Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), has called on Nigerians living abroad to return to their homeland to help build a better nation.
Representing the Federal Government, Dabiri-Erewa emphasized the importance of every Nigerian contributing to the country’s development.
During her address at the 12th convocation of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), she highlighted that the skills and experiences acquired by Nigerians abroad are vital for addressing the socioeconomic challenges facing Nigeria.
She further assured that the commission is actively working to create a framework that encourages diaspora engagement in the nation’s growth and development.
