In a landmark decision, the International Police Chaplain Sustainable Development and Law Enforcement (IPCSL) has named Colonel Blessing A. Akinlosotu as its Africa Commander, overseeing all 55 African nations.
Effective June 27, 2024, this appointment represents a significant milestone for IPCSL and for the African continent.
